On June 9, The Coral Triangle Day Partners in Cebu Province gathered at the Naval Force Central Base in Lapu Lapu City for team-building activities and to map out a strategy for sustaining their partnership and The Coral Triangle Day celebration as an annual event in Cebu Province. At last year’s Convergence Meeting, the Partners came together to lay out the range of CT Day activities in the Province and see how their respective events fit in the big picture. This year, the Convergence Meeting came about with the imminent close-out the U.S. CTI Support Program, which has served as the CT Day Coordinator in Cebu Province these past three years.
