CTI Internal Resource Committee Meeting set to deliberate on budgets, Leaders’ Summit and RPOA 2.0

Manado, Indonesia – Members of the CTI-CFF Internal Resource Committee (IRC) is set to meet in Manado, Indonesia early in the year to carry out the decisions made during the 15^th Senior Officials Meeting (SOM-15) as well as deliberate on the internal operations, finances and administrative matters of the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat.

Particularly, the budgets for the 2nd CTI-CFF Leaders’ Summit, finalization and production of the renewal of the CTI-CFF Regional Plan of Action (RPOA 2.0) as well as planned activities of the Regional Secretariat that needs additional funding will be discussed. Finalization of the CTI-CFF Staff Policies and Procedures Manual and discussion on the renewal of Host Country Agreement are also included in the Agenda. 

The meeting of the IRC is planned to be conducted back to back with the Financial Resources Working Group (FRWG) Meeting.

The IRC has the primary role of providing an independent review of the internal resources of the Regional Secretariat and to recommend to the CTI-CFF Senior Officials the annual budget; internal audit and acceptance of annual audit report; and policy directions pertaining to finance and asset management.
