Executive Director of CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat receives the plaque of appreciation for CTI-CFF
Dr. Mohd Kushairi Mohd Rajuddin, Executive Director of CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat received the plaque of appreciation for CTI-CFF from Ms. Cristina Velez Srinivasan, Ecosystems Management & Trade Team Lead of USAID/Regional Development for Asia during the USAID Oceans-Indonesia Learning Site Closeout event held in Jakarta, Indonesia on 19 February 2020.
USAID Oceans has been an important startegic partner of CTI-CFF in promoting the sustainable management and conservations of marine biodiversity and coastal resources of the Coral Triangle region. Particularly, CTI-CFF has partnered with USAID Oceans in strengthening regional cooperation to combat IUU fishing by promotinh electronic Catch Documentation and Traceability (eCDT) technologies and training via pilot project with several CT6 countries which integrate ecosystem approach to fisheries management.
